Great Company to Work For

Pros

Everyone is very nice. The culture is very relaxed, which takes the stress off and good work is noticed and recognized a lot. The product is very innovative and everyone believes in it. The office is very clean and modern. They offer great benefits and plenty of PTO.

Cons

Communication can be hazy at times between departments or upper management to employees

Undecided management, no career growth, high turn over, no training offered but they require the best from you.

Pros

Wrong expectations. Not noticed how bad the working environment was until hired. I thought it was a small and cozy place to work at.

Cons

Uninformed management offering direction in a wrong way. Very temperamental with employees. They don't know how to manage employees or customers. Too much turn over. Micromanagement.

Customer service is an important part of our culture and we value it greatly. We disagree about our listening culture. Some of our best ideas come from our employees, many of which have made significant impact to our product and customer satisfaction. That doesn’t mean that every idea is good and can be acted upon. Our work is fast paced. We are growing rapidly and roll out new products and solutions regularly. We recognize that this fast-paced culture isn’t well suited for everyone. We respect your contribution here at Intelity but realize it wasn’t a match for you. That is OK and doesn’t make either one of us bad – just a bad fit

Pros

Challenging work, fast paced, demanding but rewarding. I make an impact on the business. Customers can be demanding at times.

Cons

Location of office is good, tough to make a left out of parking lot. Days can be long, but management does not seem to watch time, yet productivity.
