      I can only speak for myself, but I have enjoyed my time working with this company. Management is involved without being intrusive, which I do appreciate.

      It is a company that focuses on employee satisfaction and does a great job ensuring everyone has what they need to be successful. As well, gives you room to grow by allowing you to be innovative. INflow Federal is a team orientated environment.

      Cons

      I honestly don't have much to gripe about. When issues come up it's really easy to bring them up to management and start working on a solution together.
