Great talent and beautiful office, but low morale

Pros

- worked here with some of the most talented people I've met in the city - NY office is beautiful, fantastic view - company events are nice - support for international workers with I, H1B, O1 visas and green card applications

Cons

- extremely hard to get a raise - morale has been tanking because of mass layoffs - everything has to go through the CEO, who takes a very long time to sign off on anything

Great team and immediate management.

Cons

No pay raises, no bonuses. Clueless C Suite level management. Constant threat of quarterly layoffs. Growth by acquisition, then gutting the acquired company down to bare-bones running capacity.

None. Unless you count trauma bonding with your coworkers.

Cons

This company can't even pay their own bills. And there isn't enough time to go over all their cons. Here are a few: I work on a team of 3 people now, we used to be 21 I work 10-12 hour days and haven't had a raise in 3 years I am grossly underpaid for my role and experience The Owner doesn't care about morale or his employees
