      Pros

      Everyone pretty helpful and not much micromananging as long as you get your work done. Everyone is friendly and great company if your starting your engineering career everyone wants to see you succeed.

      Sometimes the workload can be a bit above average

      Leadership is accommodating to leave requests and HR is pretty solid. Seeking to build connectivity despite diverse geographic contracts.

      Cons

      Although a desire to promote from within, pay bands do not often align, more experienced would get pay cuts to branch out/ few opportunities at level. Fairly new/inexperienced-odds are better for internal growth.
