Pros
Good training and lot to learn and explore, open to ideas process improvements. Once you have established your self in this company you begin to get recognized and show case your talents, which is self motivating. Initially there is room to make mistakes and learn from, but make sure the mistakes are not repeated, Managers encourage and are supportive, open to new thoughts, Overall good place to work
Cons
The salary offered is a little to the lower side, when compared to the outside world for the amount of efforts and hard work put, Though overtimes do help, you intend to do overtime to get the extra amount to satisfy yourself and the needs. Work life balance can sometimes get rough.
