      Pros

      If you want to learn about large disparate healthcare data sets in the pharmaceutical world this is the place. Other than that....not much.

      Cons

      Friends promote their friends. There are a lot of people in management positions who have great connections and not much more to offer. Stealing of ideas and underhanded dealings with clients were unfortunately not uncommon. For a healthcare data company there are very few people with medical or scientific backgrounds and so innovative thinking is looked upon with mild panic.
