      Pros

      Very friendly environment where strong ethics is maintained. Since it is a very large company, growth opportunity is there. It operates in a global platform which gives you new challenges every day. Packages are good and competitive.

      Cons

      Sometimes, it gets difficult for the technical perosns (software developers, IT professionals) to switch between projects. Therefore, it makes them feel a little bored. They work with the same technologies for years and the client solutions they develop are of the same nature as well.

      Pros

      Work from home opportunities Training opportunities Respected Love my co-workers I could go on! I worked at Quintiles from 2004 - 2008 and was trained, respected and flourished as a CRA to a CTL. I decided to try my hand at Sponsor companies... and learned that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Quintiles, they're organized, transparant (work hard = promotion) and diverse! SO happy to be back and I don't plan on leaving again.

      Cons

      New systems are sometimes difficult to learn... Business Development sometimes tries to get contracts with companies that we should stay away from.
