- Good salary - Wide range of technologies used - Chance to work on projects for some of the largest pharma corps

Cons

- Constant "restructuring" for better fiscal report, leading to teams being reshuffled several times in short amount of time - Poor management leading to absolute chaos in terms of responsibilities - Unclear business requirements *all the time* but always aggressive deadlines - No chance to progress outside of your current role as a tech person, leading to outside ie. architects being brought in who only make the existing product worse
