Our leaders and managers work hard to make IRIS a great place to work in an environment where we really care for our staff. We've invested significantly in training opportunities over the past 12 months - in 2020 we ran around 180 training courses, funded 50 apprenticeships and launched our 'Managing with IMPACT' dedicated training programme for manager across the business. We also paid for 42 employees to train as Mental Health First Aiders (with more opportunities on offer in 2021) as well as offering funding for professional qualifications and memberships, and 5 paid study days for employees who need time off to revise for exams.
