Pros

- no pros right now

Cons

The company has changed drastically in a very short amount of time, likely due to a complete turnover in the C-suite within just a couple of months. Since then, there’s been a wave of cost-cutting measures, and a large number of employees have been let go. Morale has dropped significantly. One of the most jarring changes has been the reintroduction of hybrid working. Employees living within xx miles of an office are now required to come in twice a week, regardless of the remote-first promises made during hiring. This has caused many remote-first employees—some hired just months ago—to resign after being told to return to offices immediately. It’s particularly disappointing given how much the company used to emphasize flexibility and employee care. That messaging feels hollow now. At the end of the day, it seems like people are just numbers. If you don’t fit the new direction, you’re out—regardless of your work ethic or contributions. The constant layoffs and resignations have left remaining employees overwhelmed. The workload has increased dramatically, with fewer people doing far more. Salaries are below market average, and the annual review process feels like a box-ticking exercise rather than an opportunity for real growth or recognition. There’s a general sense of unease day to day. No one feels safe. Watching talented, hardworking colleagues be let go without much transparency or appreciation has been demoralizing. What once felt like a people-first culture now feels corporate, disconnected, and transactional.

Pros

It's a rapidly growing company, in an exciting industry, with a great market position. There's strong support of our PE owners Hg and LGP combined with an energetic acquisition plan which means the business continues to evolve quickly. The team is excellent, open and supportive. If you have the ideas and the capability there's a massive opportunity to make a difference here.

Cons

Given all the change, things can be a bit fluid and not as joined us as one might wish. It's a strength really, but it's important that you're comfortable in that environment. Product fragmentation is an issue but being addressed through managed migrations, and our customer focus is getting a makeover with the creation of a whole new customer organusatuib,
