Pros

There genuinely are none other than salary and holidays. Some staff are lovely but they are temporary most of the time as so many people leave.

Cons

-Promotions only happen when big sellers threaten to leave. -Unprofessional management team who are clicky. -No HR processes used unless getting rid of someone. -No complaints team. Complaints are brushed off and customer left with no answers /help -Manager often says leave you morals at the door -Encourage more to rip people off than provide any kind of service. -No opportunities for promotion past ten leader...and even then you have to be a top seller with no soul threatening to leave to get anything. -I'm not sure management realise they need to pro-actively manage and not just bark and bully. -Poor retention -Poor training ...it goes on SEEING WHAT I HAVE SEEN I WOULD NEVER WORK, RECOMMEND OR BUY ANYTHING IRIS.

Pros

The career growth opportunities are numerous. People tend to get lots of responsibility and there are lots that go on to take more senior roles within and outside IRIS. The DEI metrics are super impressive

Cons

This is definitely a high work rate business and there is a lot expected of you. More diversity in senior management needed

Pros

IRIS do look after their people. Regular pay reviews, annual bonus, investment in personal development, they offer a hardship fund for emergencies plus great private healthcare. Customer Operations is led by a very strong leader, who pushes her teams to be the best they can be.

Cons

Very fast paced with an ever changing environment. If you have a great leader like we do in customer ops and you can handle the pace you will be fine. Otherwise it may not be for you.
