Pros

Pretty decent way. Great job to list on your resume. It helps you gain experience, so that you can move up or go elsewhere

Cons

Lack of adequate training to provide to us, in order to assist taxpayers. You don't have an opinion, because everything is mandated by Congress.

Pros

-Pay reasonably well -Union representation -Good leads were hard to come by but if you found one they were gold

Cons

Being on rates is very stressful. You constantly felt like your in competition with your coworkers. Conflicting priorities from managers. We were told accuracy was most important in group meetings but behind the scenes rates were stressed
