Pros

Good pay and overtime sometimes option to take time off or get paid for overtime. Really enjoyed helping the customers.

Cons

Too much micro management prefence given to the female employees when applying for better and permanent positions, managers with no people skills on power trips always trying to find ways to bring you down and many threats of losing your job. Under a lot of stressful situations.

Pros

The benefits as well as the salary and the chance to advance in the organization. Working as a IRS agent I gained a lot of knowledge in the tax field that can be used in other outside jobs.

Cons

The travel at times can be very hard especially considering the traffic and crazy drivers on the road. At times the job can be very demanding. If you don't work for a good manager that could cause a lot of problems and stress on the job.
