      Cons

      Absolutely cruel hazing and harassment. Some done by management, some at the behest of management and some just totally random. Management can follow you to the bathroom and count how long you are in. Male managers can do this to female employees, and female managers can do it to male employees. They promise to "make things worse" if you talk to the union, and they live up to those threats.
