Pros
Usually great co-workers and better managers at offsite locations as opposed to the Service Centers. Good pay for the work you do. Once you've learned the technical part of your work, it goes easy.
Cons
Pretty strict with their rules and regulations, especially if you don't do your job well or keep up with quality and quantity rates. I didn't have this problem, loved where I worked, had a great manager and enjoyed my co-workers.
