Pros

They have great benefits, potential for growth, continuing education, you got lots of training. Overall, I had a great learning experience, I learned a lot about the rules and regulations and how to file my own tax return.

Cons

I did not like the fact that you were being watched all the time. You could not take more than five minutes in the bathroom because you had your manager looking for you. It was almost like being treated like a child, we had to sign a sheet if you had to go to the bathroom, put the time you left and the time you came back!!!

Pros

The benefits package was a definite draw. Aside from that, the pay was more than comparable to those in the area.

Cons

Management was allowed to and did play favorites. It didn't seem that issues were handled well when management stepped way out of line like telling a disabled veteran he would not receive a promotion due to his disability.
