Pros

Benefits are best in class. Pay is okay and you get guaranteed raises. Probably the best PTO policies you'll find.

Cons

You'll be constantly overworked, undertrained, and extremely reliant on senior staff for even the most basic of functions because the training they give does not adequately prepare you at all. Endless lectures that barely teach anything transferable, whereas the actual guided instruction you need lasts a couple weeks at best.
