Pros

Work-life balance, manage your own inventory and can work relatively independently, benefits, flexibility in scheduling leave, never have to work more than 40 hours. Luckily, I've had a good experience with managers.

Cons

If you value your autonomy and peace of mind, I can recommend working here if you are hired with the Large Business and International (LB&I) or Tax Exempt/Government Entities (TEGE) divisions. I personally wouldn't recommend working here if you are assigned to the Small Business/Self-Employed (SBSE) division because it seems like they treat you more like a number there; however, some of my colleagues did say they valued the experience they gained in SBSE before transitioning to TEGE or LB&I.
