Pros

Prior to the administration change in 2025, I had a robust telework agreement (which had been in place since 2013), was able to work a 4/10 schedule with Fridays off, and had a good work/life balance which definitely made the rigors of the actual job tolerable.

Cons

Telework and alternative work schedules were taken away after the administration change in 2025, which meant a daily commute for me of 2+ hours.
