Pros

Great benefits Helped pay for childcare A lot of overtime opportunities

Cons

My manager knew as much about the job as a 2 year old and offered no help but we were still expected to do good work Our team literally was self taught . One of my coworkers husband worked in a different department and taught us everything instead of our manager When we went to upper management about her they would sympathize to our faces and then go tell her what we spoke about Toxic work environment
