The work environment is amazing. The constant progression is great. The managers are very understanding and helpful. I enjoy everything about working here! The work to life balance is good. The Health insurance is good as well.

Cons

No matched 401 k. Non Engineers can only receive 2 weeks of PTO no matter the duration of time worked here.

This company is awesome! Everyone is beyond helpful, inclusive, and very responsive. The work environment is laid back, positive, and the work ethic is unmatched.The benefits are a great addition. I’m very optimistic and excited for my future at ISAT!
