Pros

Work is relatively easy once you get used to it. Some flexibility with hours. Chill coworkers.

Cons

Not much room to move up. Expect lower end of pay spectrum. Have to really push/fight for promised things : employee referral bonuses, yearly performance reviews, etc.

The people I work with are the main winning points here. The higher ups are, as always, a mixed bag. Investing in your development. Recently started rolling out mandatory training courses on their "ISAT University", many of the skills which are good for outside this field.

Pay range can be hard to tell
