Pros

The environment in the office is good and the people are fun to work with.

Cons

Management wastes too much money on office decoration (vinyl wraps, wall art, whiteboards that serve no purpose) instead of focusing on more critical issues, such as the parking lot. 401k matching would be nice as well.

Training is above and beyond on all aspects. ISAT is a clear industry leader in products and installation. The Work culture is very healthy with a great work ethic from all.

Cons

The only con is that i didn't come to this company sooner.
