Cons

Poor pay, high turnover rate. They expect you to stay forever and work your butt off, but do not increase your pay.

Corporate culture is good. Relative work/life flexibility. Potential to advance exists.

Cons

Local management doesn't track metrics or offer solid data for advancement or promotion. Top management ran off the competent project managers while I was there, expect to be your own PM. "Manager" titles are handed out based on personal preference.
