      Pros

      At the time there was a great team to work with. Reasonable salary and lots of events.

      Cons

      Extreme political barrier between the different areas involved on the development making work some times unpleasing since you send most of your time trying to make someone else do their jobs.

      Honoured our previous terms of employement

      Made mistakes on PAYE and on redundancy payments, couldn't get the basics right. Focus was always on hitting deadlines regardless of quality. Despite acquiring 100+ it professionals when acquiring the business from GE, everything had to be done 'their way' with no consideration of the experience they had acquired
