Pros

If you like to speak Spanish, this is a good place to practice; managers only speak Spanish most of the time.

Cons

- they lie about your green card, you'll never get one. Don't trust them. - no training - no people oriented, just focused on tasks - very difficult to get a promotion - low salary, they are unable to hire in the local market, most of consultants and engineers are there because don't have experience in US and depend on visa. - they are the cheap software factory of Santander Bank.. and Santander Bank is trying to get rid of this company. - mediocre management

Pros

Co-workers are the only reason to show up every day.

Cons

Terrible management at all levels, zero project planning or management skills, Spanish male dominated, zero advancement opportunities, no clue what employees do every day. I could go own but hopefully you get the picture. You cannot make a difference so don't waste time trying.

Pros

Pros? Seriously? May be location....if you live in Boston hub or south shore. Some Spanish expats are really nice. They claim to be part of Santander Bank. Partially true, most employees are trying to move as internal employee of the bank, This is just a software factory ran by the Spanish bosses from Spain.

Cons

- No training. - No people oriented. - No professional career (except if you are a pretty girl, has no ethics, speak Spanish and go out for drinks with the CEO) - Low salary. Company built with Mexican and Spanish employees with very low salaries that can't leave due to the visa status. - Worst company ever. Stay away.
