Great place to get your feet wet and learn the industry. The company offers good learning opportunities. The pay is on the low end for experienced individuals but fair for inexperienced individuals.

Cons

The management and culture used to be top notch but that unfortunately went away. The company used to have some of the best investigators around years ago but the upper management no longer values quality which is sad. The company could be the best around but upper management is self destructive.
