Understaffed Company

Pros

You will meet cool people and the pay is good.

Cons

The company feels extremely understaffed. They will throw things at you with the expectation that you do them with no training, while traveling and doing a million other things, its ridiculous. You have to be always available, no respect for your own time. They prey on professionals straight out of college who have nothing to compare the madness to.
