-Excellent Pay & benefit package - Bonus & team building activities - Fairly standard advancement timelines -Hire Type-A individuals leading to team bonding

Cons

- Neo-modern fake family work culture - You are working in a call center all day - Misalignment of management goals -Overworked staff with extremely high turnover - You will be let go if you don't meet their "vibe." - Essentially post post-college fraternity & sorority workplace. -Toxic passive-aggressive culture -Stuck in a set career path for first 5-6 years.
