Great company to work for out of college, however, internal setup may have you looking for another job.

Good salary, fun company events, good perks for health insurance and travel accommodations.

Cons

Perform Customer Service for a year or more, if just out of college. Does not look at your college background for placement. Immediate supervisors heavily determine success and growth in company. Focus remains on negative reinforcement.

Bonuses are generous. Work environment is nice, amenities provided. Reimburses for taxi usage, regardless of reason.

Cons

Pay is for 40hr work week, but 50hr work week required. No flexibility in schedule. IT is 9a - 7p, with lunch at noon to 1, no exceptions. Excepted to constantly monitor email after hours. Too much value of ticket quotas rather than work done. Slow to promote out of IT Dev Support, or given hint when promotion to occur. Parking not easily available.

Cons

Long hours need to be worked to meet the challenging deadlines. There is a lot of travel involved - early flights out and arriving home late.
