Pros

Not too much to say here when compared with other companies in the area. It is a nice looking office but don't judge a book by it's cover.

Cons

Executive team rewards the same people (their friends). Others who do more are over looked. The company is constant revolving door of people, the ones who stay longer are the in the executive clique. The pay was so below the median that I had to work overtime and weekends just to pay my bills. I was a very hard worker who care about the company and continuously went above and beyond expectations but no one ever said "thank you".

ISO Claims Partners Response

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. ISO Claims Partners always encourages and welcomes employees to provide feedback on how we can continually strive to make our organization the best place to work. The leadership team encourages and embraces all feedback and ideas from its employees through several channels. Most recently we were awarded by Forbes magazine as “America’s Best Employers 2017” list for the second consecutive year. This achievement is in addition to the Great Place to Work® Certification we received in 2016. We have recently implemented several programs such as “Shark Tank” program that encourages ideas from our employees, whether it’s to improve a process or implement a new product, this is in addition to our “Back of the Napkin Sessions”. We also just launched the "Speak Up" program that will give ambitious employees the chance to step up as leaders, showcase their knowledge and experience, and set a wonderful example for their colleagues. It will allow new talent and ideas to receive recognition and serve, add value, and innovate our company. This of course is in addition to our mentorship programs, education assistance, online training, peer recognitions programs, quarterly award recognition that include spot bonuses and much more. We are, however, also an organization that is fast paced and focused on innovation. This is not always a cultural fit for everyone and based on your comments, it appears that this was not a fit for you or Claims Partners. As such, we wish you well in your future endeavors.
