      Wonderful people to work with; very caring and understanding; good work/life balance. IST has a very family-like work environment and I could not ask to work with more amazing people!!

      1. Great working environment. 2. Nice people who share a common vision for the company. 3. Great support from Managers and Execs. 4. Salary commensurate with experience. 5. Ability to learn and be taught by a great team of peers.

      1. Want to grow too fast. 2. Sometimes more emphasis is put on making money than on bringing in good, solid clients who understand the industry. 3. Expectations (though not necessarily over) that a response is due as soon as the request has been received - irrespective of time of day or day of week.
