I have been with IST for 10+ years and it is a fantastic organization! We have robust training programs and many opportunities for advancement. We are a great company for those who are just starting their careers as we offer the means by which they can gain valuable experience and training. We are a people-driven organization and never lose sight of the fact that, at the end of the day, we are delivering a service to our clients. Maya Angelou once said, "They may forget what you did and they may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel." I believe one of IST's greatest strengths is the humanistic quality that permeates throughout our organization and colors everything we do.
