I really feel like you are recognized and rewarded for your hard work - more so than any other company I've ever worked for. The corporate office has a relaxed, friendly environment and I always feel supported without being micromanaged.

Pros

The hours were great, and weekends were free. Perks from the locations I was working from.

Cons

When someone was sick, they were given a lot of grief. Issues with some coworkers not pulling their weight and management didn't do much to correct the situation. Had a day off planned for a month or so ahead of time, and when the time came, was given a little grief for taking the day - still took it off b/c that's my right.
