Pros
I worked for the most part of my time at a very big site and had a great relationship with my co-workers. I had no complaints when it came to working with the clients and loved the gratitude and kind words they gave regarding my work performance.
Cons
Having been an on-call worker for more than two years, it's obvious that stars don't have rights. The fact that management can get away with using stars to do management work and when you report it, you are taken out of the site like trash is disgraceful. I worked full-time hours on a consistent basis and had an excellent rapport with the clients. The fact that HR didn't care was even more disgraceful. No investigation, no meeting, absolutely nothing. I will be consulting with someone that handles legal matters because I honestly do not think what happened is legal. Everyone I spoke to about the issue said it was absurd as well.
