      Pros

      Very Customer focused company. Management treats the employees as family and promotes an environment where the customers (internal and external) are the focus of the job.

      Cons

      None unless you are not self motivated. Management gives you the tools and the opportunities, you must take them and run.

      Pros

      Organized from the top down, from training, standard systems used, onboarding of new hires, etc... Each employee is given the tools for career growth. Promotions from within company are encouraged. Recognition is something lived, not talked about. The company walks the walk and talks the talk!

      Cons

      Cost for benefits is currently a tad high, but leadership is working on ways to reduce cost.
