IST Management reviews

I'm excited to share that in 2018 IST was able to increase our PTO for our new employees from 13 to 19 days per year as well as offer a 3rd tier medical plan and reduced rates for our employee only medical coverage. It is always our goal to promote from within as our career path and internal promotions are the fastest way to advancing your career and rate of pay outside of annual review increases and performance bonus opportunities. We look to our local managers to help train their employees, and to encourage participation in our manager training programs, EP evaluations, and skills training so that the employees are ready for the next step in their career.
