The systems they try to put into place "they outsourced " they fire people that have been there for many of years and bring in IST AND TRY TO changeva firm that is working just fine . and after many years of a system that works just fine they change . then you get back-lash from the employed and it looks bad on you . they get rid of the good employees , and get employees that are ok with being A robot implementing systems that are not necessary . your better off getting hired by the actual law firm then IST , employees will back you up over actually IST , you look bad in the firm / company eyes because of you and the new system they are implementing . the firm has no idea they really don't need IST, they are doing just fine without them until everything is changed and they see it takes longer then usual
