Pros

The only good thing about this company, is that they will hire you. They don't care if you have experience or not. They just want bodies to fill accounts.

Cons

Very low pay; upper management is all about themselves, and get all the perks in the company. You have to use your PTO on Holiday, and if your site is close for any reason. I had to use my PTO, because my site was closed for bad weather. The owner is always bragging on what he has, or what he's about to do in his life.

Pros

75% of my employees/co-workers were hard workers and excellent team workers. They held in there and did their job eve though they were not compensated or acknowledged for. This was the only factor in making the leave of the job hard.

Cons

Not compensated for the time, energy, dedication you brought to the table. Over time not allowed. Horrible training which just lead to embarrassment to the clients. I started working with this company thinking "finally I have a real job working for a good company!" This was not the case. I think this company was so unfair I quit with no job in line after 7 months of employment.

Pros

IST is a good place to get your foot in the door if you are looking to change careers or if you are fresh out of college or still a student. The clients are mostly nice and you can build a network of future contacts pretty easily. Some of the managers are good too. If you work hard and keep the negative comments about the company under wraps, you can be promoted.

Cons

The pay is not good at all. They often cheat employees out of bonuses and only offer meager rewards for hard work and praise from clients. You must use PTO for government holidays when the sites are closed, and they justify this by saying the holidays are built into the PTO schedule. If you get sick or want to take a vacation, don't count on being paid because you only get 3 more PTO days after holidays are taken out. They offer a reward for putting a good review on Glassdoor which is very suspect and honestly not worth it. The majority of the managers are unprofessional and gossip about employees and other managers. They will also try to slander you to clients if you come to your senses and decide to leave. Definitely watch your back if you work here. When clients are difficult, they side with them no matter what, which causes low morale. The dress code is very outdated. Forcing employees who mostly work in mailrooms to wear business attire is laughable and since they don't make much to start with, who can afford to dry clean or continuously wash professional attire? The same goes for hairstyles. FYI, dreadlocks and blonde hair(within reason) are NOT unprofessional and saying so because of someone's skin color borders on racism. Also, the CEO often send emails bragging about how much money the employees have made him. He sends daily emails to the entire company about which sales person is making him the most money. Its a joke, and no one is laughing but him. Read the previous reviews and you will see a general consensus that this is not a good company to work for.
