      Pros

      Fast growing company, minimal beurocracy or red tape, advancement opportunity for hard workers, workers able to wear many hats, cross train, take on new skills and tasks.

      Cons

      Most have to work their way up from entry level. Benefits are ok, not stellar. As IST is a growing company, many times you are expected to take on responsibilities that may not be your primary job function.
