Pros

They will hire ANYONE! No experience necessary. It is a great way to build your resume if your trying to get your foot in the door of the professional world. Get in, get experience and then run as fast as you can.

Cons

They hire anyone! The only people they can get to work for them are young inexperienced kids. There is no support what so ever from upper management. This is a "good old boys" sales company. They promise you the world and sell everything like it is the very best thing that could ever come your way. You will be told the opportunities to advance within the company are endless. There is a reason that out of almost 2000 employees only 180 have been there for 5 years or longer. The pay is a joke! The PTO is a joke! The health care benefits for a family plan will cost you more than your entire paycheck.

I loved my clients. I liked my boss. The wages were livable.

Cons

Somewhere along the way, I felt like a hit a dead end. Health insurance was expensive. Salaried employees are expected to work 50+ hours a week.

Pros

You will meet many talented, friendly, and dedicated employees. Flexible work schedule. If you are a STAR, you get to fill in at many different locations which is nice because you don't get burned out by always working at the same location. Employees are generally treated well by IST's customers. My manager at the time treated me well.

Cons

The pay was sub-par when I was employed back in 2013. I hope it has gotten better, but don't expect to be able to feed a family with this job. This job seems better suited for college students or people seeking part-time work.
