Not many direct clients unfortunately. Solutions takes too much money and time from staffing

It's a decent contracting firm. They normally don't play games with you unlike a typical consulting company owned and operated by POI.

Cons

You are on your own. You have to be your ambassador. You need to also decide how you want to grow your career. As long as you are billable you should be fine.
