      Amazing work Culture - family-like atmosphere The company truly tries to live out the core values set in place Multiple opportunities to earn high-level income through commission and base salaries Flexible options to work from home or in the office - great work life balance

      Cons

      The staffing industry is stressed right now so the work can be tied to emotional swings with successful deals and unsuccessful situations from a contract perspective. You work with people on both sides and you would need to understand the unpredictable side of this business if interested in working in recruiting. There's a level of burn-out associated with this industry but there are multiple ways to combat this concern through flexible work options and unlimited vacation time the company offers.
