      Pros

      ITG is a national service and construction company in the telecommunications industry. Its rapid growth has opened the door for tremendous management and executive opportunities across its footprint. Forward-thinking ownership group with a healthy focus on reinvesting in their employees have created an exciting work environment for management teams to thrive. Promotion from within is a cornerstone of the corporate philosophy. Both key leadership AND owners literally started on the front lines.

      Cons

      Growth often comes at a cost. The company is currently understaffed in some critical areas, and while that is a positive opportunity, it does create some delays and challenges until all the roles are filled. Attentive leadership and a focus on improving the experience of the employees at every level have helped to smooth over some of these challenges until the proper support levels can be met.
