Pros

Alot of the management staff as well as some of the owners started as technicians or in the office in entry level positions and moved up. The company continues to promote from within when there are open positions and room to grow.

Cons

along with most every other company in this day and age, its getting hard to get good candidates.

Manager s only care about numbers. What are laws what is reality. No tools no equipment. Crappy truck that does not pass dot.

Cons

Every single thing. Only thing not bad is you can work as many hours as you want. The more the better. Do not expect to get paid for it over.
