Great starter job and you get to learn a lot of great skills that you can use in other jobs in the future.

Cons

Absolute worst training you will ever expirence in any job I can guarantee it. You will learn a lot of things on your own. Management is always changing every 5 months. A lot of micro management and always something new every month they will be on your case about.

There is absolutely no redeeming qualities about this company. They are opportunistic and offer no job security since every request follows a "or you'll get fired".

Cons

No support or problem solving skills when it comes to management. Everything they do and the ideas they have are all meant to make your job harder while lowering your pay year after year but increasing your responsibilities. In short, stay away.
