The only pro is that I’m not employed by this company anymore

Cons

Where to begin? Underpaid, overworked, inefficient management, when faced with a difficult task and ask for help/advice you’ll be given “Figure it out” “Even though I will not leave my office to put a set of eyes on the project, it can be done”, the worst employees will be paid more

Company vehicle to get to a from jobs, paid weekly, pay is decent, lots of positions to transfer to.

Cons

6 days mandatory for “summer” 70+ hour weeks. Only paid vacation days are thanksgiving and Christmas. Trucks break down constantly, you’re graded on A LOT of metrics.
