      Unsafe inconsistency and weak leadership

      Pros

      Some field technicians are experienced and capable. The provide a company vehicle.

      Cons

      Leadership was inconsistent, safety concerns were not taken seriously enough, and HR did not act like a trustworthy or independent support system. Management and HR is incompetent Communication, expectations, and discipline did not feel aligned, and technicians were left with too little clarity when real safety issues came up. You have to pay out of pocket to keep vechicle washed and vacuumed. No vacation days. Only 4 paid holidays attached to working a day before and after.
