1. Flexible working, focus on delivery rather than adhering to 9-5 timing. 2. For the right person even fully remote working is possible. 3. Great social events organized regularly (Christmas party, events during summer etc.).

Cons

1. R&D departments spread across geographies making it difficult to collaborate if they're in the same product / product line. 2. Profit-sharing (e.g. bonus, ESOPs) policy non-existent and is a constant complaint by employees.

Pros

The values regarding people and their families being a priority can really be seen in action. There is never any question asked about taking time off, and there is great flexibility during the workday. I've not once been asked to work outside of my regular hours.
