      Dedicated to growth but needs organization

      Pros

      The work/personal life balance is phenomenal. Their dedication to personal growth is truly genuine. The standard for quality is strict but necessary and provides clear purpose. Employee perks are really great and come in handy when you least expect them.

      Cons

      The pay-scaling isn’t necessarily the best. Project management is rather hectic and this leads to unreal expectations sometimes. Accountability is lacking at times within the operational division but it’s because employee turnover is slightly high
